Modifying the Default Interface

By default, NXT 4 is configured with a standard site (the "NXT Default Site") that is designed to display the various capabilities and functionality of NXT 4. The default site serves pages of content to a web browser using a set of templates that consist of HTML pages, XSLT code, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and graphics (both GIF and JPEG). Some of these templates also contain NXT 4 replacement variables and references to Java applets.

As a publisher, you are free to customize the appearance, functionality, and content of this default site. There are some easy things you can do to modify the default site to "brand" it for your own purposes and there are other customizations that are more complex.
